With a career defined by consistent growth and a relationship-first philosophy, Jerry Giovinazzo serves as regional vice president of sales for John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. Since 2012, Jerry Giovinazzo has led strategic territory development and advisor partnerships in the New York region, driving year-over-year performance in one of the firm’s top markets.

Mr. Giovinazzo began his career in financial sales at Monroe Parker before moving into advertising and benefits consulting roles at Dun & Bradstreet, Register.com, and Yellow Book USA. At Paychex, Inc., he played a pivotal role in expanding retirement plan offerings to larger market segments, supporting over 75 new accounts annually and developing custom plan designs for business owners.

At John Hancock, Jerry Giovinazzo has overseen the territory’s growth into a $240 million-plus distribution area and expanded it further into upstate New York. He collaborates across advisory and recordkeeping channels and leads a high-performing partner consortium generating significant new business opportunities.

Named to NAPA’s Top 100 DC Wholesalers for multiple consecutive years, Jerry Giovinazzo brings accountability, consistency, and a strong sense of partnership to his work. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Giovinazzo values time with his family and maintains interests in fitness, motorcycles, and sports.
